Enter your annual income and your new loan's rate and term to estimate your loan limit.
This calculator simplifies Korea's DSR (Debt Service Ratio = total annual debt principal-and-interest payments ÷ annual income) and DTI (Debt to Income = (new mortgage principal-and-interest payment + other debts' interest-only payment) ÷ annual income) formulas, assuming the new loan uses equal principal-and-interest repayment, and works backward from your entered DSR/DTI limits (%) to estimate the maximum principal-and-interest payment you could afford — and from that, the loan amount. Actual DSR/DTI ratios and calculation methods vary by lender, loan product, and whether the property is in a regulated speculation/adjustment area; other debts such as credit loans, card loans, and overdraft accounts may also be included, and stress DSR add-on rates may apply — none of which are reflected here. For your actual loan limit, please consult a lender's credit review. This is not financial advice.
